About the Role :
Hyperlink Brand Solutions (www.hyperlink.co.in) is looking for a Senior Conceptualiser who can craft engaging, interactive, and immersive on-ground experiences. This is a strategic and creative role that demands a deep understanding of audience behaviour, cultural context, and spatial storytelling.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients to bring ideas to life across brand activations, exhibitions, and large-scale events, from insight to execution ready concepts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead ideation and development of high-impact concepts across events, exhibitions, and brand activations
- Conduct in-depth research and trend analysis to inform creative thinking
- Translate briefs into compelling and original concepts backed by clear narratives and audience insights
- Craft visually and verbally powerful presentations for pitches and client approvals
- Collaborate with design, production, and client servicing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment
Requirements :
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the experiential or events industryProven ability to conceptualise for diverse formats from IPs & festivals to product launches, corporate events and immersive installationsStrong presentation skills : verbal, written, and visual storytellingA keen understanding of audience engagement, brand strategy, and spatial designComfortable working in a fast-paced, pitch-heavy environmentProficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote, Canva, AI tools for presentations
