Jasper Report Developer

Job Title : Jasper Report DeveloperExperience : 6–8 YearsRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Jasper Report Developer to design, develop, and maintain business-critical reports and dashboards using JasperReports v8.2 or above. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based reporting solutions, SQL, and database integration. You will need to understand complex business requirements and translate them into insightful, user-friendly reports.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain JasperReports, sub-reports, and dashboards using modern JasperReports features.Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into precise technical specifications.Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database views to support reporting needs.Integrate JasperReports with Java applications and other enterprise systems.Ensure reports are accurate, efficient, and visually clear.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data accuracy, and formatting.Work closely with business analysts, DBAs, and application developers to deliver effective reporting solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation for report designs, configurations, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest BI and reporting trends to recommend improvements and leverage new features.Required Skills & Qualifications3+ years of experience in JasperReports development, including designing and customizing reports.Hands-on experience with JasperReports v8.2 or above is essential.Proficiency with SQL, PL / SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).Expertise with JasperSoft Studio v8.2 or above.Solid understanding of Java / J2EE for report integration.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.About Celsior TechnologiesAt Celsior Technologies, a proud division of Pyramid Consulting, we believe in the power of innovation to drive transformation.
