About the Role

Your role will involve end-to-end technical recruitment for our clients and internal teams across the APAC region, with a primary focus on high-growth markets like Singapore, Malaysia, and others. This is a critical role that connects top-tier technology talent with impactful career opportunities across Asia.

Your role Includes (but isn't limited to) :

  • Identifying, sourcing, screening, and matching the right technical talent, leveraging deep knowledge of the specific talent markets (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia)
  • Providing a best-in-class, culturally nuanced recruitment experience to candidates and hiring managers across diverse APAC locations
  • Meeting internal company SLAs and guidelines for sourcing and on-boarding
  • Cultivating strong, cross-cultural relationships with business partners and hiring managers located across APAC
  • Partnering with management to develop sophisticated recruitment plans that support the open requirements

Requisites :

  • At least 4 years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience , with significant prior experience recruiting for clients or companies in the Southeast Asia / APAC region (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of the nuances, salary expectations, and top recruitment channels for technology talent within APAC markets.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-calibre technology professionals from across the APAC region.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of online applications, and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex offers.
  • Strong relationship management skills with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for engaging with a diverse, international stakeholder group.
  • Cultural Fluency and Adaptability : Demonstrated ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse cultures and stakeholders across the APAC region.
  • Flexibility to Operate Across Time Zones : Willingness to accommodate meeting times that align with various APAC time zones (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia).
  • Attention to detail is important along with the ability to work on multiple requisitions and projects at one time.
