Role Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online operations for XPPen India. This role will involve close coordination with external agencies handling Amazon, Flipkart, SEO, and website management , ensuring that every product listing and campaign runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with partner agencies for Amazon, Flipkart, and SEO .
- Create and maintain product listings across all platforms — ensuring accuracy in titles, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
- Develop and upload A+ content (enhanced brand pages, visuals, comparison charts, banners) in coordination with design and content teams.
- Work with SEO agency to execute on-page and product-level optimization strategies.
- Track marketplace analytics — including sales trends, rankings, keyword performance, and reviews — and prepare actionable reports.
- Ensure pricing, inventory, and product availability are accurate across all channels.
- Support new product launches, sale campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
- Maintain consistent product data and brand representation across all e-commerce touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or online retail.Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central , Flipkart Seller Hub , and CMS tools (Shopify / WordPress preferred).Experience with A+ content creation and coordination with SEO or marketing agencies .Strong organizational and communication skills with a high sense of ownership.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Why Join Us
