Job Description

We are looking for experienced GenAI Developers who have a strong foundation in application development and have recently worked on GenAI-based solutions . The ideal candidate should have 1.5–2 years of hands-on GenAI experience along with prior experience in building scalable applications using Python / Java / Node.js / .NET .

Key Responsibilities

Develop and integrate GenAI models into existing or new applications.
Work on LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG pipelines , and model integration.
Build scalable backend services using Python / Java / Node.js / .NET .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered features.
Optimize model performance and manage deployment on cloud platforms.
Prepare technical documentation, APIs, and reusable components.

Required Skills

1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI / LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, vector DBs, etc.).

3+ years in application development using Python / Java / Node.js / .NET .

Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and backend systems.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to Have

Experience with MLOps , fine-tuning pipelines, or prompt automation.

Familiarity with cloud GPU / AI services.

Exposure to front-end frameworks is a plus.
