Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.Education
