Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
