Role :

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai. The BFSI Recruiter will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment activities for Investment Banks, financial services, and insurance verticals. The successful candidate will partner with business heads to understand the recruitment needs, create job descriptions, identify and source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and close offers to ensure talent acquisition goals are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 - 6 months of experience working as a recruiter in a BFSI environment.
• Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and identifying potential candidates.
• Experience with Job Portals such as Naukri, Foundit, Linkedin, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of Investment banks, financial services, and insurance domains.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment.
