Desigantion : Manager – R&D (Aqua)

• Developing standards for research design, execution and data analysis
• Plan, coordinate and execute research studies related to the pre grow out and grow out nutrition of shrimp and fish (Indoor & Outdoor)
• Plan and execute most promising concepts / formulations at pilot ponds and in commercial farms
• Disseminate the results and findings to key stakeholders and implementation assistance
• Provide technical support related to nutritional issues at field and commercial levels
• Work closely with nutritionist and technical people to understand the research needs
• Internal training and literature publications
• Managing a team of researchers to execute time -bound research projects and deliver high quality results
• Budget proposal for research projects and maximum utilization of resources
• Visit to key customers on need based
• Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report as per requirement

Required skills :

Wokring with Aqua feed. Aqua experience is a must.

Nutrition background field experience is a must

Should have collaborative exposure

Should have good market exposure
