Senior IT Asset Management Specialist

Job Description :

As a seasoned IT Asset Management professional, you will support the delivery of high-quality services to clients using the ServiceNow platform.

This role offers hands-on experience in configuring SAM data, managing entitlements, and ensuring successful platform operations.

You'll collaborate closely with consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless processes and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day tasks related to client engagements, including configuration, data validation, and system updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts through regular calls and collaboration.
• Support project tracking, task status updates, highlighting project risks and escalation. Ensure thorough documentation of all work performed.
• Configure and maintain modules within the ServiceNow SAMPro platform.
• Perform entitlement-to-contract linking, set up license metrics, and assist with custom conditions such as Client Access Licenses (CALs).
• Execute structured data imports, ensure alignment with change control practices, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Support dashboard report creation and platform health checks.
• Assist in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), configuration guides, and client reference documentation.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates and tools to streamline delivery across client environments.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and best practice alignment within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow, ITAM, SAM, or ITSM.

Exposure : Exposure to ServiceNow SAMPro modules.

Leadership : Ability to lead complex workstreams and deliver to outstanding levels.

Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail, especially in structured data handling and system configuration.

Licensing : Licensing contracts and compliance reporting experience.

Communication : Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Independence : Ability to work independently, staying aligned with global team goals and timelines.
