About the Role

Vegah LLC is seeking exceptionally driven AI / ML Research Interns to work on multimodal models and agentic applications. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-moving environments, stay ahead of AI advancements, and can deliver real value with minimal guidance. If you’re looking for a résumé booster, this role is not for you.

You will have 3 rounds / stages as part of screening process and you will be moved from stage to stage accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Build, fine-tune, and evaluate multimodal LLMs (text, image, video, audio).
• Design autonomous AI agents & workflows using Lang Chain, Auto Gen, Crew AI, Llama Index, Haystack, etc.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Develop and deploy production-grade APIs (Flask / Fast API, Docker, Git Hub Actions, CI / CD).
• Conduct independent research on cutting-edge models, frameworks, and tools — then apply findings to real-world use cases.
• Join impromptu working sessions and meetings aligned to US CST hours.

Requirements

Strong foundations in Deep Learning & ML (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, Attention).

Hands-on with Py Torch, Hugging Face, Lang Chain (or similar).

Exposure to multimodal models (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, LLa VA, Kosmos-2).

Excellent Python skills (Num Py, Pandas, Py Spark).

Experience with APIs, Flask / Fast API, Docker, Git Hub Actions.

Familiarity with cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure) is a plus.

Self-motivated, independent researcher who thrives on solving problems without step-by-step guidance.

Ability to work US CST hours and be available for ad-hoc meetings.
