Digital Government Advisory : Project Management ( Media & Entertainment industry)
Experience & Industry Background :
Mandatory : Minimum 10 years of work experience in project management, procurement process, client engagement, team management, and PMU setup.
Good to Have : Minimum 5 years of experience working with Government projects.
Industry : Candidate must be from Media & Entertainment Industry
Education : MBA from reputed institute
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage projects requiring extensive planning, coordination, and communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Monitor, track, and manage project progress and stakeholder engagement.
- Effectively manage project teams and vendors.
- Provide leadership and motivation to meet project goals and milestones.
- Regularly update stakeholders on strategy, progress, and challenges.
- Assign tasks and communicate deliverables to vendors.
- Apply industry best practices and standards throughout project execution.
- Advise teams and assess quality and effectiveness of outputs.
- Determine cost-effective methods for project completion.
- Coordinate between different project stakeholders.
- Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and training Good to have : PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or equivalent project management certifications
Mandatory Skills :
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word.Experience with PowerBI, Tableau or other BI tools.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Skills
Proficiency in project management tools like MS Projects, JIRA.Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.Notice Period : Maximum 45 days
