We are looking for Business Analysts - Trainees with strong organizational, management and problem-solving skills. We are seeking a high level of motivation, a self- starter attitude, and the ability to work with minimal direction and supervision. The ideal candidate will be driving the business requirements for various clients and play a key role in ensuring that our product implementations match client expectations.

The role will provide ample opportunity to work with some of the best blue-chip companies in the Supply Chain domain.

Responsibilities

• Own integration projects end-to-end – from understanding client needs to making sure the integration is live and running smoothly.
• Work closely with our clients to analyze existing systems and suggest smarter workflows using APIs, automation scripts, or integration platforms.
• Lead requirement gathering calls with clients and translate their business needs into actionable technical documentation.
• Design 'To-Be' workflows and integration flows that map perfectly to SuperProcure's capabilities.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to bring integration designs to life — including API mapping, data transformation, and trigger logic.
• Write functional specifications, guide UAT testing, and ensure data accuracy and smooth handoffs.
• Deliver training to users and support the change management process.
• Keep projects on track by assisting the Project Manager with scope definition, planning and coordination.
• Work across teams — delivery, product, tech, and customer success — to ensure every implementation delivers value.
