The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring effective HR management. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee grievances, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Qualifications- HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources skills- Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field- Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous- Proficiency in HR software and tools
