Location : Chatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad)

Reporting To : CEO of ERA Hydro (changes every 6 months)

Our group comprises four specialized companies :

  • Yansons Engineering Pvt. Ltd. – Industrial Air Solution & Pollution Control Equipment (www.yansonsgroup.com)
  • ERA Hydro Biotech – Wastewater Management Solutions and Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) (https : / / www.erahydrobiotech.com / )
  • Parth valve & Hoses – Hygienic Ball Valves, Dampers, and Hoses for Food & Pharma Industries (https : / / parthvalve.com / )
  • Flowmax Pumps – Comprehensive Pumping Solutions (https : / / flowmaxpumps.in / )

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to drive enquiry generation and market presence across all four companies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate and qualify enquiries for all four companies across targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present professional marketing collaterals, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure timely follow-up and lead conversion.
  • Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Track, report, and analyse marketing metrics and lead generation performance.
  • Collaborate with the group's leadership to implement marketing strategies tailored to each company's niche.

    • Required Experience & Skills :

  • Minimum 12-15 years of marketing experience in industrial equipment, water / wastewater solutions, valves, or pump sectors.
  • Proven track record in enquiry generation , not purely sales.
  • Strong understanding of industry technical concepts to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to interact confidently with senior-level decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a multi-company environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Formal marketing qualification is not mandatory .
  • Industry experience and the ability to be taken seriously by clients are essential.
