About the Role :
- Identify, evaluate, and execute investment sales transactions in the retail real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, landlords, and high-net-worth clients.
- Source and close transactions for leased high street retail properties and standalone assets.
- Independently manage the full transaction cycle, including site inspections, due diligence coordination, negotiations, and closure.
- Analyse and present investment opportunities using detailed financial models, market assessments, and asset valuations.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) structures, financial workings, and assets under management or in the lender's book.
- Collaborate with internal teams for market intelligence and strategic advisory to clients.
- Drive revenue targets through proactive business development and strategic client management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
About You :
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in investment sales, specifically in retail real estate transactions.Proven track record of successful closures in retail asset sales, demonstrating effective negotiation and deal execution.Skills Required
