Duties and responsibilities :
- Handle B2C and B2B customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
- Convert queries / leads into orders
- Partnering with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers and corporate gifting clients
- Manage customers queries in their preferred language i.E., English or Hindi
- Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner
- Understand the category of tableware and home décor quickly
- Help customers with technical & billing related queries
- Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer' queries are resolved
- Regular follow-up & updates to customers
