Job Description

UI / UX Designer in Nashik : 1-2 years' experience in creating user-centered designs for web and mobile, with proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, and a strong design portfolio.

Responsibilities

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. organic growth.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design.

Assist in maintaining and improving design systems and style guides.

Requirements

Bachelors™ degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.

1-2 years of experience in UI / UX design, preferably in a tech environment.

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

Strong portfolio showcasing design process, wireframes, and finished products.

Understanding of HTML / CSS and basic web technologies is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
