Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Plant Supervisor - Beverages at Natvits Beverages Pvt Ltd. The role is based in Sangli. The Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing workflows, supervising staff, ensuring proper plant maintenance, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules. The role also includes organizing training sessions for teams and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to achieve efficient production processes. Must know Mineral Water, CSD & Fruit Juice Manufacturing practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, mentor, and train team members effectively.
• Experience in managing Plant Operations, ensuring efficiency in production schedules and workflows.
• Knowledge of Plant Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality control, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in beverage or manufacturing industries is must.
