Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator at our Bengaluru location. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for designing, curating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms to strengthen our online presence. Responsibilities include managing content calendars, creating engaging posts, collaborating with the creative team, analyzing content performance metrics, and implementing innovative strategies to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Strategy, Platform Management, and Analytics Tools
• Strong skills in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Storytelling
• Experience with Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Multimedia Content Production
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, and Social Media Advertising
• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of creativity
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the construction or infrastructure industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
