Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical support.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair equipment and machinery at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to product performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and preventive measures to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Prepare and submit detailed service reports to document work performed and parts used.
Train customers on the proper use of equipment and best practices for maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical) / Diploma in Mechanical engineering is preferred.

2-5 years of experience in a service engineering role or similar positions.

Strong knowledge of mechanical and cooling systems and components.

Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

Familiarity with service management software and tools.

Education

Diploma, Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech / B.E)
