Job description10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical . Strong expertise in HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas , and Web Services . Hands-on experience in data migration, integrations , and customization within Fusion HCM. Knowledge of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, OTL, and Talent modules . Experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
- Work on HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Web Services (SOAP / REST APIs) .
- Build and support integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and third-party systems.
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data migration scripts .
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM modules.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users for requirement gathering and testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.
