To lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) to develop, manage, and grow the Individual Agency Channel in the assigned area while ensuring profitability, compliance, and channel efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and mentor a team of TSMs and RMs to achieve agency sales targets.
- Develop and expand the Agency Channel and POS network within the assigned territory.
- Assist employees in sourcing and servicing POS agents as per agreed business mix and policy.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for agent pre-licensing, training, and licensing processes.
- Conduct induction and ongoing product training in collaboration with the sales training team.
- Maintain a balanced mix of new and existing POS agents to ensure business sustainability.
- Formulate and execute strategies to target and expand into different market segments.
- Monitor agent performance on metrics such as renewals, new business, funnel conversion, and closures.
- Maintain high agent activity and control attrition rates among POS agents.
- Drive productivity and ensure consistent engagement with POS agents.
- Oversee reconciliation of partner accounts and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze market dynamics and provide actionable insights for organizational improvement.
- Manage profitability by monitoring loss ratios and optimizing operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal and external compliance requirements.
- Handle cheque bounce recovery, pending business cases, and maintain process hygiene.
Qualification :
Graduate in any discipline.Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Insurance Agency Sales.Skills Required
