Account Executive

Location : Malad West, Mumbai (Onsite)

Working : Mon- Sat | 10am-7pm

Job Summary : We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Accounts Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to manage our daily accounting operations. This role is perfect for a candidate who is eager to learn, possesses strong proficiency in Tally and Excel, and can effectively manage the full cycle of books of accounts while maintaining accuracy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Books of Accounts Management : Handle the day-to-day maintenance of the complete books of accounts, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and trial balance preparation.
• Transaction Processing : Accurately record all financial transactions in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, including sales, purchases, bank receipts, and payments.
• Reconciliation & Reporting : Conduct frequent and accurate reconciliation of bank statements, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and internal ledgers.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Manage the entire cycle for payables (invoice verification, processing) and receivables (invoicing, collection follow-up, and reconciliation).
• Tax Compliance Support : Assist the senior team in compiling data and drafting calculations for GST, TDS, and basic Income Tax compliance and ensuring timely deposit of taxes.
• Financial Analysis & Support : Utilize advanced Excel skills to prepare various schedules, ad-hoc reports, and basic financial analyses for management.
• Audit Preparation : Organize and maintain all financial documentation meticulously to facilitate internal and external audits.
• Adaptability : Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure, prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
• Continuous Learning : Proactively seek out and implement new knowledge on accounting standards, tax laws, and system improvements as directed by senior management.
