AI / ML Engineer - Remote

Job Summary (in list format) :

• Lead the design and development of AI / ML-based systems to detect and analyze year-over-year changes in IRS TRC publications and their impact on codebases.
• Build and implement knowledge graphs to model relationships between TRC changes and relevant code modules.
• Collaborate closely with tax domain experts, software engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless solution integration into current workflows.
• Define, standardize, and enforce engineering best practices, including CI / CD pipelines, version control, testing, and model governance.
• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment, monitoring, and ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure the deployed solution is scalable, high-performing, and reliable in production environments.
• Mentor junior engineers and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation within the team.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, compliance-driven AI / ML projects on time and to specification.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and manage expectations.
