Job description

Role Overview :

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, and ML-based solutions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and manage scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, and Kafka / Kinesis.
  • Architect and implement data lake and warehouse solutions following best practices.
  • Build and deploy ML models for classification, prediction, and anomaly detection.
  • Automate workflows and orchestration with Airflow or Step Functions.
  • Enable self-service analytics through tools like ThoughtSpot and QuickSight Q.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, governance, and compliance.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, and ML.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS data stack (Glue, Redshift, S3, Athena, Lambda).
  • Proven expertise in data modeling, warehousing, and performance optimization.
  • Experience deploying ML models using scikit-learn, XGBoost, or SageMaker.
  • Exposure to big data frameworks (Spark / EMR).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Bedrock, Vector DBs, RAG).
  • Familiarity with MLOps, feature stores, and model versioning.
  • Prior team leadership or ownership of end-to-end projects.
  • AWS, Data Engineering, or ML certifications and / or open-source contributions.
