Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Power Automate Developer to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that streamline business processes across departments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate, and a working knowledge of Power Apps as a complementary skill.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows - mandatory).
  • Integrate Power Automate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, different types applications(web, mainframe, Java based) and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize existing flows for performance, reliability, and error handling.
  • Develop custom connectors and manage API integrations where required.
  • Document technical specifications, user guides, and support materials.
  • Support and enhance Power Apps applications as needed.

Required Skills :

  • Strong experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows / RPA).
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel Online integrations.
  • Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, and HTTP connectors.
  • Basic to intermediate experience in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps).
  • Knowledge of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, or Azure Functions is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.
  • Experience with RPA tools, AI Builder, or Power BI integration.
  • Background in business process automation, workflow design, or low-code development
