Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive, located in Kochi. The Telesales Executive will engage in daily tasks such as contacting prospective customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and resolving customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for fostering customer relationships and effective interactions
• Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support roles
• Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive approach
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in telesales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
