Senior Full Stack Developer

MHP India is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building mission-critical infrastructure on public and private cloud platforms, as well as developing the tools and processes necessary to ensure the highest levels of availability and reliability for our clients. You'll work with systems that handle thousands of daily transactions, managing large-scale environments with thousands of virtual machines, hundreds of thousands of requests per second, and petabytes of data.

Role Overview

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will design and implement robust, scalable solutions for our logistics control platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions, and ensure high-quality delivery aligned with Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop cloud-based solutions for AGV / AMR fleet management.
• Design and implement scalable software architectures using modern frameworks.
• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver strategic solutions.
• Ensure high availability, concurrency, and performance optimization in systems.
• Drive Agile workflows, participate in sprint planning, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Implement test automation and maintain high test coverage standards.
