The Role :

You will be responsible for leading all digital marketing and online sales efforts at Sensing. Your focus will be on growing our digital presence and sales by developing strategy, running campaigns and shaping the end-to-end customer journey. This role combines brand storytelling and data-driven performance marketing. As our Digital Growth Marketing Lead, you’ll grow the website as our core sales platform, expand our reach to new audiences, and strengthen Sensing’s presence across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Shopify : Manage and improve our Shopify store, making it easy to shop (product uploads, pricing, descriptions, analytics, user experience).
  • Performance marketing : Set up and run paid ads with a modest budget; track and improve consistently.
  • Campaigns : Build 360° launch plans (ads, IG, email)
  • Social media : Grow our social media presence thoughtfully and authentically
  • Retention : Set up post-purchase flows, reviews, referrals.
  • Cross team collab : Work with founders, creative team on content ideas, copywriting and visuals. Also work with offline Marketing lead to cross promote launches, events at Sensing house.
  • Funnels & CRO : Analyze sales funnels; suggest improvements to increase conversion
  • Weekly reporting : Share weekly insights (traffic, conversions, online sales) on what's working and what we can do better

What Experience / Skills Are Needed?

  • 1–2 years in e-commerce or digital marketing (experience with D2C consumer / lifestyle / fashion brands preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Meta & Google Ads; sheets-friendly and comfortable with numbers.
  • Creative writing for captions / emails and creative eye for brand-aligned content; can brief designers.
  • Startup mindset : proactive, willing to experiment and learn.
  • Location : Mumbai, India (in-person). 5 days on-site + 1 hybrid day per week; 1 weekly day off.
