About the Role :
We’re looking for a high-ownership SDR who thrives on cold calling and can convert prospects into qualified demos that drive real revenue impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, speed, and consistent hustle.
Role & Responsibilities :
Conduct high-quality cold calls to schedule qualified product demos
Execute structured multi-channel outreach across email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
Generate and qualify leads by researching D2C / eCommerce brands and identifying key decision-makers
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene with accurate and timely updates
Manage demo progression, initiate free trials, and support the deal-closure process
Perform targeted prospecting before and after key D2C / eCommerce events to maximize engagement
Qualifications :
Any graduate or postgraduate (2023 to 2025 grad) with 1–2 years in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales)
Must be comfortable with work-from-office arrangement from Bangalore / Gurgaon.
Required Skills :
Excellent spoken and written English communication
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection
High ownership, accountability, and consistency in execution
Ability to run structured outreach and follow-up processes
Strong research skills for lead generation and qualification
Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined data management
