AI Agent Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using platforms like Agno, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Create and orchestrate agent workflows that integrate LLMs, APIs, memory, tools, and decision-making logic.
• Develop custom tools and components for agent frameworks using Python.
• Build scalable backend systems and services in Java, integrating AI components into enterprise-grade systems.
• Work closely with product and data teams to define requirements and validate AI[1]driven functionalities.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and cost of GenAI workloads and APIs.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the GenAI and agentic AI space.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI platforms : Agno, CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Strong Python programming skills, particularly in AI / ML, automation, and integration tasks.
• Proficiency in Java for enterprise software systems and backend APIs.
• Understanding of LLM ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering, and tool augmentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with API integration, vector databases (e.G., FAISS, Pinecone), and knowledge graphs.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker), version control (Git), and CI / CD pipelines.
• Cloud and AI / ML skills.
• Full Stack development experience with exposure to React.
• Experience in BFSI and product / platform development.
