QA Lead (4+ Years Experience)

We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Lead to spearhead quality assurance in our fast-paced agency environment . You'll take full ownership of the end-to-end QA process, ensuring flawless delivery across diverse projects, particularly those involving .NET and WordPress .

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications :

Lead the QA team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to junior members.

Plan, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress applications.

Manage deployment workflows and integrate quality checks using basic CI / CD knowledge.

Implement best practices and identify process improvements in QA methodology.

Proven experience in an agency setting with a strong focus on client delivery and tight deadlines.

Technical proficiency with preferred tools : Selenium (automation), JMeter (performance testing), and Postman (API testing).

Familiarity with project management tools like Zoho Projects (or Jira).
