We’re Hiring : Advocates (7 Years PQE) | Delhi

ALA Legal Advocates is seeking experienced Advocates to join our litigation team in Delhi

Requirements :

• Extensive experience in Commercial & Civil Suits [minimum 20 suits]
• Apply only if you have been part of entire process in at least 5 suits [filing till final decree]
• Regular appearance before District Courts and High Court in Commercial & Civil matters
• Able to independently handle all procedures including filing procedures and execution
• Good Knowledge and hands-on experience of procedural laws [CPC, Evidence, Court fee, Suit Valuation and Commercial Courts Act]
• Good knowledge of Contract Act, Sale of Goods Actand Specific Relief Act
• Preference for candidates with Criminal Law experience in addition to Civil / Commercial matters
• Strong drafting, research, and advocacy skills
• 7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) [experience and knowledge are more important than years]
