This role exists to convert scripts into cinematic, text-free plates using modern T2V / I2V tools, keeping character and styles consistent and hand off clean layers for editorial

🚀 What You’ll Own

Shot breakdowns from scripts (prompt craft, negative prompts, seeds, version control for multi-shot continuity
High-quality generation with tools like Seedance, Veo3, Nano-Banana, Klin
Post : inpaint / outpaint, face fixes, upscaling / denoise, FPS / conform, light MGFX / compositing (AE / Fusion / Resolve), audio bed cleanup + VO sync
Pipeline hygiene : seed logs, shot sheets, reusable notes / templates, and a growing prompt library

✅ Must-Haves

Portfolio with T2V / I2V sequences (show prompts, seeds, and before / after examples)

Strong sense of shot grammar, framing, and motion; ability to maintain style / character consistency across episode

Post-production chops : roto / mattes, basic tracking, color basics, delivery-ready export

Familiarity with modern GenAI video workflows (denoise, CFG scales, control sources)

📈 Success in 90 Days

Reliable throughput : first usable plate within 24–48 hours for a 35–45s piece≤2 revision cycles per shot

Delivery of a reusable template pack (LUTs, caption presets, prompt templates

Demonstrated consistency in at least one multi-shot sequence
