Collaborating with clients to gather requirements and analyse business needs

Implementing technology best practices

Providing strategic input and enhancing organisational reputation

Shaping strategies and fostering a trusted advisor relationship with clients

Team collaboration, management, and decision-making

Providing solutions to team and cross-team challenges

Facilitating knowledge sharing and developing best practices for project delivery

Professional & Technical Skills

Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations

Experience with system integration and data migration

Ability to optimise payroll workflows

Familiarity with payroll data analytics and reporting tools

Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll

Position based in Bengaluru

15 years full-time education required
