What You’ll Do Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style content

Add transitions, captions, sound design, and basic motion graphics

Assist in brainstorming concepts and storyboards with the creative team

Repurpose long videos into short, high-retention clips

Follow brand guidelines and deliver on time

Stay updated on trends, audio, formats, and editing styles

Must-Have Skills Basic experience in Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve / After Effects

Understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow

Sense of music, timing, and meme culture

Ability to take feedback and improve fast

Good to Have Motion graphics basics

Experience editing ads or YouTube content

Interest in cinematography, colour grading, or VFX
