Job descriptionTeach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online. Ensure that students enjoy the course! Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions. Conduct group and private lessons as required. Provide a fun and creative environment. Formal education in Music (Guitar). Strong knowledge of music theory and sheet music. Strong subject knowledge. Experience in teaching Guitar. Relevant teaching experience (1+ years) Experience in the usage of technology in education would be a plus! Good English Communication Skills. Must have experience in online teaching. Must have a properly functioning Laptop / Desktop. Must have access to strong internet services and reliable power backup sources. Comfortable in teaching children. Should be available for teaching 6 days a week. Engages students in learning. Passion for making learning fun! Should be comfortable with Music sheet / Sight reading. Must be proficient with Music Theory. Looking for professionals ready to dedicate at least 4 hours / 6 hours / 8 hours a day. Option from the comfort of your home! Salary structure is as follows :
Salary Standard for 3 AM - 7 AM
1-25 Sessions : Rs. 200 / - per session + Rs. 100 / - per demo
26-60 Sessions : Rs. 250 / - per session + Rs.125 / - per demo
61- 80 Sessions : Rs. 300 / - per session + Rs.150 / - per demo
81 & above Session : Rs. 350 / - per session + Rs. 175 / - per demo
You are also eligible for minimum pay guarantee :
Month 1 : 6000 INR
Month 2 : 12000 INR
Month 3 and onwards : 18000 INR
