Senior Architect

Role Summary :

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the design and architecture of complex software systems and enterprise solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure the architecture aligns with business goals, technical standards, and best practices. You will mentor development teams, evaluate new technologies, and guide architectural decisions across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to define system requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
• Define technical standards, tools, and frameworks used across the organization.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews and system audits to ensure architectural integrity and code quality.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in architecture practices.
• Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow charts, and integration specifications.
• Partner with DevOps and Security teams to ensure systems are reliable, maintainable, and secure.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies to keep Development Associates at the forefront of innovation.
