The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, accountable, and proactive team member to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for our agency clients.

You’ll be responsible for building strategies, launching and managing campaigns, and reporting on performance. This role requires critical thinking, ownership over results, and clear communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads
  • Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure client success
  • Proactively communicate updates, wins, and insights
  • Think critically when issues arise and bring forward solutions

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Google Ads campaign management
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully (both written and verbal)
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and deadlines
  • High level of personal accountability and follow-through
  • Passion for helping others win and going the extra mile
  • Able to work independently and own outcomes without micromanagement

    • Nice to Have

  • Experience in a white-label or agency environment
  • Familiarity with SOP-driven teams
  • Background in client communication or light account management
