Experience : 6-10 Years
Location : New Delhi & Noida
- Facilitate Scrum Events : Organize and moderate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach the Team : Guide the team in Agile practices and help them become self-organizing.
- Remove Impediments : Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder team progress.
- Support the Product Owner : Help manage the product backlog and ensure clarity on goals.
- Shield the Team : Protect the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
- Promote Continuous Improvement : Encourage feedback, learning, and process enhancements.
- Drive Agile Adoption : Support Agile principles across the organization.
