- The ServiceNow Solution Architect (DPR/DevOps) is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, architecture, and implementation of Digital Product Release (DPR) solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, aligning DPR with DevOps methodologies (CI/CD) to ensure streamlined release management, automation, and governance.
- Key Responsibilities
- DPR Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow DPR solutions, defining product lifecycles, release governance, workflows, and data models.
- DevOps/CI/CD Integration: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow DPR and external CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Workflow Automation: Configure DPR components, including product hierarchies, release milestones, dependencies, and automated approval workflows.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate with Product Managers, Release Managers, Engineering, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure solutions align with industry best practices, scalability, and security standards, including TM Forum Open APIs where applicable.
- Platform Integration: Integrate DPR with other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and SPM.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience, specifically with DPR.
- Technical Proficiencies:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and data model design.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management and release governance.
