Primary Title : Ab Initio ETL Developer | Location : India | Work Model : On-site

About The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Ab Initio Developer to join a delivery team focused on designing, building, and supporting high-throughput ETL pipelines and data warehouses. The role is hands-on, on-site in India, and will work closely with architects, DBAs, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into resilient, performant production data flows.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain Ab Initio graphs and components using GDE and EME to implement ETL workflows and data movement processes.
  • Implement robust data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing logic; validate data quality and ensure accurate mappings across source and target systems.
  • Optimize graphs for parallelism, partitioning and resource utilization; perform performance tuning and root-cause analysis for production incidents.
  • Schedule and manage batch / real-time jobs via Co>

Operating System; create and maintain monitoring, alerts, and recovery procedures.

  • Collaborate with DBAs, QA, and business analysts to validate transformations, create test cases, and support deployments to production.
  • Create technical design documents, code reviews, and operational runbooks; enforce coding standards and best practices for maintainability.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; experience supporting 24x7 production ETL operations is an advantage.
