LLM Model Developer

We are looking for an experienced LLM Model Developer to focus on fine-tuning large language models, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance model relevance and performance across various applications. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing model outputs, iterating on training processes, and implementing optimization strategies to maintain cutting-edge performance.
