Job description

In this vital role, you will be a key contributor to maintaining the accuracy and consistency of master data (Customer and Transportation) across the organization. You will be responsible for data validation, cleansing, and enrichment, and will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in master data management and a deep understanding of enterprise applications like SAP or Oracle .

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Data Operations & Quality : Perform daily data operations tasks, including maintenance and validation, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data. You will also maintain data quality reports to monitor performance metrics and ensure data compliance.
  • Process Optimization & Analysis : Support process optimization initiatives to improve data management workflows and enhance efficiency. You will conduct data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaboration & Support : Collaborate cross-functionally with business, IT, and operations teams to resolve data-related issues. You will also provide training and support to partners and end-users on master data processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Governance & Compliance : Assist in data migration and integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. You will have a basic understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance standards, and will contribute to key performance monitoring and data governance efforts.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience, or a Diploma with 7-9 years of experience in a STEM discipline.
  • Experience in SAP ECC , master data management , data governance, or data operations, preferably in healthcare or biotech supply chains.
  • Technical proficiency in SAP / Oracle , Microsoft Office ( Excel, PowerPoint ), and other data management tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
  • A working knowledge of SAP / Oracle and an understanding of master data management processes is a must-have.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4, SAP MDG , or SAP TM is a plus.
