Key Responsibilities
Dynamics 365 CRM (CE)
- Customization & configuration of Entities, Workflows, Business Rules, Solutions, Plugins, Power Automate flows .
- Development using C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Web API, Custom Connectors .
- Implementing Custom Plugins, Custom Actions, Azure Functions, Custom Controls (PCF) .
- Design and enhancement of forms, views, dashboards, business process flows (BPFs) .
- CRM integrations via REST APIs, Webhooks, Azure Services, Middleware (Logic Apps / API Management) .
