Job Description

Role Overview

The Change Manager will drive organizational, business, and process change initiatives within the banking domain. The role requires strong experience in business-side project delivery, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, communication planning, and impact analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and approaches aligned with program and organizational goals.
  • Participate early in solution and design discussions to assess business impacts.
  • Identify impacted stakeholders and maintain end-to-end visibility of change activities.
  • Conduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA), quantify impacts, propose mitigations, and present findings.
  • Prepare and manage Business Readiness Plans (BRP) to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Build communication plans and deliver clear, accurate, and engaging communication materials.
  • Identify training needs; coordinate and deliver training for impacted teams.
  • Support business teams with data and insights needed to manage and adopt changes effectively.
  • Serve as a change champion throughout implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance and represent the program in governance forums.
  • Continuously improve change frameworks aligned with agile and modern delivery practices.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Hands-on involvement in multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile / Iterative delivery models.
  • Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Take ownership of tasks, issues, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage small groups if required.
  • Encourage standardization and best practices across the change & delivery community.
