Role Overview

We’re looking for a Solutions Engineer – Onboarding & Implementation to lead the integration journey for our partners—owning both the technical implementation and the developer experience. This role blends full-stack development , solutioning , and developer advocacy , making you the bridge between our platform and the customer’s ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Implement & Integrate : Work hands-on with fintechs and partners to integrate our travel APIs, micro-frontends, and SDKs into their mobile / web platforms.
• Solution Engineering : Architect custom flows using OnArrival’s modules, build sample implementations, POC and drive our product roadmap around implementation.
• Full-Stack Ownership : Write reference integrations, helper libraries (Node.Js, Kotlin, React), and build UI samples using our SDKs and design system.
• DevRel & Docs : Own technical documentation, API guides, Postman collections, and code samples that make devs love building on OnArrival.
• Customer Onboarding : Be the technical face of OnArrival during onboarding sprints—working alongside partner tech teams to unblock, debug, and deliver.
• Internal Feedback Loop : Relay insights from implementations to product, infra, and design to continuously improve the platform and DX.
• Security & Compliance : Guide partners on how to integrate while staying compliant with OAuth, JWT, and their own SSO / identity infra.
