What You Will Do (The Core Focus) :

As a Founder's Accelerator, your primary mission is to rapidly build and validate a high-demand, high-margin recruitment practice within your chosen niche.

Full-Cycle Business Development & Delivery : Personally lead the full recruitment life cycle—from winning new clients and developing relationships to headhunting, closing deals, and ensuring successful placements.

Personal Branding & Content Creation : Work with our marketing team to build a powerful online presence, creating high-value content (e.g., reports, podcasts, articles) that attracts clients and candidates directly to your expertise.

Operational Implementation : Serve as the initial testing ground for Passivae’s newest tools and operational best practices, helping to refine the platform for all future founder-recruiters.

Scaling Roadmap : Develop a clear plan for your first operational hires, leveraging the Passivae resources to transition from a sole operator to a team leader.

Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking individuals who embody the drive of an entrepreneur and the expertise of a top-billing consultant.

Current or Aspiring Entrepreneur : You see yourself as a business owner, not just an employee. You are ready to take financial ownership of your success and work with extreme autonomy.

Proven Recruitment Consultant : 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a demonstrable track record of consistent billing and success in a specific, high-value niche (e.g., FinTech, Deep Tech, Renewable Energy, etc.).

Exceptional Generalist Mindset : You are agile and willing to manage the "messy middle" of a startup—from initial sales and client negotiations to the occasional administrative task—with a focus on building systems to automate it all.

Brand-Worthy Communicator : You are articulate, professional, and possess a strong desire to become a public thought leader in your market.
