Roles & Responsibilities :
- Working out the feasibility for the project besides preparing conceptual and detail drawings
- Managing and coordinating with various government officials for getting the project approvals like IOD, CC, Further CC, Full CC, Full / Part OC and preparing compliances for same.
- Coordinating with various departments like Design, Structural, MEP, Site Engineers etc. and ensuring all the work is completed on time with respect to approved plans.
- Coordination and supervising the work of project as well as the numerous contractors & vendors who contribute to the projects.
- Manage resources and delegate work to junior architects and draftsman
- Provide inputs on the local government laws and regulations during the project planning and design phase to ensure incorporation of the same
- Ensuring all the compliance required for various NOC `s like MOEF, HRC, CFO, EETC, Tree, SWD, Drainage etc. are completed on time
- Knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing
- Must be Computer Savvy (Ms Excel, Ms Word, etc.) Qualification : Bachelor / Diploma in Architecture
