Summary :

Salesforce Lead Developer will lead our team in the design, development, and implementation of a customized Salesforce Service Cloud solution. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components, as well as experience with integration tools and techniques. The Lead Developer will be responsible for managing the development team, ensuring code quality, and providing technical guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience : 9+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Licenses or Certifications : Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Preferred

Technical Requirements :

  • Strong coding skills - Advanced Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integration development
  • Salesforce Service Cloud expertise - Proven experience with :
  • Case management and routing
  • Knowledge base implementation
  • Omni-Channel configuration
  • Service Cloud Console customization
  • CTI integrations
  • Field Service Lightning (if applicable)

Essential Experience :

  • 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development
  • Service Cloud implementation and optimization experience
  • Complex integration projects
  • Team leadership in Salesforce environments
